We display a small amount of relevant advertising on the main page of our website. You are under no obligation to click on such adverts. However, we cannot be held responsible for the content of these third party websites should you choose to follow any links displayed on this website or in emails.
Your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations applies only to orders placed to be fulfilled by post. Under these regulations quizzes or other digital products that are received by immediate download, fax or e-mail are classed as "opened" at that point. As such, they cannot be cancelled.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss incurred should there be any errors in the quizzes we have supplied. We verify and compile our quizzes from a range of encyclopaedic and online resources which makes errors unlikely. However, should you provide details of an error we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement quiz. In all cases we always recommend the use of the "Quiz Master is right" rule to avoid any confusion amongst the contestants.
There are some infrequent occasions during the year when we will not be available to provide an instant response to any query you may have (for example, we may be on holiday) - we advise customers well in advance if this is the case.
All downloaded quizzes, answer sheets etc are in Microsoft Word .doc format and as such an alternative format cannot be provided.
